Privacy

This notice covers information submitted through Cosradar request forms.

Plain-language summary

We collect the contact and project information you choose to submit so we can review and respond to your request. A submitted request is stored in Cloudflare KV. We do not promise an automated report or instant response.

Information collected

Depending on the form: name, company, work email or messaging contact, market, requested product format, source page, submission time and form fields you provide. A hidden anti-bot field is also used.

Purpose

To review market-brief, product-feasibility or related service requests; respond to legitimate inquiries; prevent abuse; and understand which pages generate qualified demand.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure and are accessible only through a protected administration route. Do not submit confidential formulas, credentials, payment data or sensitive personal information through the public form.

Retention and requests

Records should be retained only as long as needed for inquiry handling, commercial follow-up and reasonable recordkeeping. To request access, correction or deletion, reply through the same business contact channel used for the inquiry and identify the submission date and address.

Evidence and third-party links

Cosradar pages may link to third-party sources and COSGEO. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Public trend data and external links do not imply endorsement or a guaranteed commercial outcome.

Changes

Material changes will update the effective date above. This public-beta notice should be reviewed alongside the site's methodology and visible data-freshness labels.
